On April 28, the second large domestic cruise ship "Ida Huacheng" successfully achieved a milestone node of floating in the dock at Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Shipbuilding Group. Compared with the first ship, the construction efficiency and floating integrity have been greatly improved, marking an important breakthrough in China's shipbuilding industry's comprehensive construction of lean and efficient large-scale cruise design and construction capabilities. "Qingzhou" is a "small guy" with "big wisdom" - this "low-cost, high-reliability, high-strain, and high-intelligence" light and fast spacecraft has the characteristics of integrated single-cabin configuration design, flexible configuration of large-capacity cold chain transportation, intelligent cargo management system, and diversified transportation capabilities. Compared with the first generation of Guoxin No. 1, the new generation of ship-type aquaculture water bodies increased by 20%, and the energy consumption decreased by at least 20%. More than 160 technological breakthroughs and optimization innovations have been achieved in the fields of functional layout, breeding systems, new energy utilization, and information integration. As the civilian amphibious aircraft with the largest take-off weight in the world, the AG600 has the advantages of good low-altitude and low-speed performance, high fire extinguishing and rescue efficiency, stable surface flight take-off and landing, wide field of mission execution, leading and independent technology, and comprehensive domestic supporting facilities, filling the gap in my country's aviation industry in this field.
Industry experts pointed out that as the core of high-end manufacturing, large-scale sea and air equipment is an important area for implementing the innovation-driven development strategy and an important support for building a manufacturing power. "China has fully broken through the key core technologies of large amphibious aircraft development through independent development of AG600 aircraft, fully built a proprietary technology system for large amphibious aircraft, and promoted independent innovation, independent research and development and independent guarantees of the civil aircraft industry chain and supply chain." Huang Lingcai, chief designer of the AG600 series, said that AG600 has achieved 100% domestically produced independent supporting facilities for the entire aircraft body structure, engine and key systems.
