Organize human resources and social security specialists and college employment staff to connect with specialized and new "little giant" enterprises, specialized and new small and medium-sized enterprises, and high-tech enterprises to provide employment services, understand the recruitment needs of college graduates and other youth, and promote the rapid matching of people and positions.

Deepen the special action of "Secretary and President Visiting Enterprises to Expand Jobs" and expand the scale of market-oriented positions.

For social organizations that recruit unemployed college graduates in the graduation year and within two years of leaving school, registered unemployed young people aged 16-24, sign labor contracts, and pay full unemployment, work-related injuries, and employee pension insurance premiums for them in accordance with regulations, referring to the company's one-time job expansion subsidy policy, the policy will be implemented until December 31, 2025.

Broaden the employment space at the grassroots level
