The reporter recently learned from the State Administration for Market Regulation that the three-year action plan to optimize the consumption environment has been officially launched, and five major actions, including quality improvement of consumption supply, optimization of consumption order, improvement of consumer rights protection, co-governance of consumption environment, and leading the consumption environment, further improve the systems of quality standards, credit constraints, comprehensive governance, and consumer rights protection, and strive to solve prominent problems that the masses strongly reflect, and create a safe consumption environment.

  Market supervision departments at all levels will take the lead in promoting the three-year action plan to optimize the consumption environment, focusing on six aspects of work: First, focus on the implementation of the three-year action pilot, and 48 pilot areas should take the lead in trial and trial around 17 key tasks; Second, accelerate the cultivation of safe consumption units and cluster areas, and create a centralized carrier of policy measures; Third, strengthen comprehensive governance of the consumption environment, strengthen supervision and law enforcement in the consumption field, and explore the monitoring and evaluation of the consumption environment; Fourth, innovate the credit system in the consumption field, and promote "incentive + constraints" with "digital + credit"; Fifth, improve the efficiency of consumer dispute resolution, promote first reconciliation and diversified resolution; Sixth, strengthen the organizational guarantee of the three-year action plan, strengthen government coordination and departmental coordination, and gather the joint force for the construction of the consumption environment.
