  Police said the defendant is a Ukrainian man, Roman Lavrenovic, who was charged with three counts of "intentional arson with life-threatening." The allegations involved three arson incidents, one of which occurred in a property "related to a public figure with high popularity" in the early morning of the 12th.

  Lavrenovic was arrested by the police on the 13th. Police said he will appear in Westminster District Court on the 16th.
