Ministry of Commerce: 12 U.S. entities are included in the export control list
The Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement, deciding to include 12 American entities including US Photonics on the export control control list (>> detailed list) and take the following measures:
- It is prohibited to export dual-purpose items to the above 12 US entities; the relevant export activities that are underway should be stopped immediately.
- If exports are indeed required under special circumstances, the export operator shall apply to the Ministry of Commerce.

The Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement today, including Shield AI, Inc. , Sierra Nevada Corporation , Cyberlux Corporation , Edge Autonomy Operations LLC , Group W and Hudson Technologies Co., Ltd. , and the following measures were taken:
- The above-mentioned enterprises are prohibited from engaging in import and export activities related to China ;
- The above-mentioned companies are prohibited from investing in China
