The Ministry of Commerce and six other departments jointly launched the "Shopping in China" series of activities, aiming to focus on four major areas: initial economics, boutique shopping, exquisite food, exciting tourism and exquisite exhibitions.

According to the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Commerce, together with the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the General Administration of Sports recently launched the "Purchase in China" series of activities at the 5th China International Consumer Products Expo in Hainan.

In order to thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on boosting consumption and expanding domestic demand, and accelerate the implementation of special actions to boost consumption, the Ministry of Commerce and six other departments recently jointly issued the "Notice on Organizing and Carrying out a Series of Activities in "Purchase in China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), and deployed various places to focus on the initial launch economy and hold the first show and the first show and colorful and diverse forms of special activities around the four major areas. Among them, in terms of boutique shopping, key pedestrian streets, business districts and shopping malls, supermarkets, outlets, departure tax refund stores and other enterprises are organized to carry out promotions for the benefit of the people, launch new and excellent products for the first time, and help consumers to purchase good products from all over the world. In terms of exquisite food, various food markets, cooking skills exchanges, and ingredient expos are organized to promote food lists, food maps, and food stores. In terms of exquisite exhibitions, a number of domestic and foreign fine art performances, high-standard sports events, and high-quality cultural and museum exhibitions have been introduced and held.
