Nvidia is building supercomputer manufacturing plants in Texas, working with Foxconn in Houston and Wistron in Dallas respectively. The announcement stated that the supply chain of artificial intelligence chips and supercomputers is very complex and requires the most advanced manufacturing, packaging, assembly and testing technology.
