Han Wenxiu said that my country will enhance consumption capacity, increase the income of urban and rural residents, optimize the income distribution structure, and increase the proportion of residents' income in national income on the basis of promoting economic growth and improving labor productivity, so that consumers have money to spend. At the same time, service consumption should be expanded.

Han Wenxiu introduced that this is the key area for expanding consumption in the next step. We should actively develop the initial economy, health economy, ice and snow economy, and silver economy, develop cultural tourism into an important pillar industry, create more high-quality service consumption products and scenarios, and let consumers have more mid-to-high-end services to consume.

Han Wenxiu said that my country will continue to optimize the consumption environment and form a strong policy to protect consumer rights and interests and reduce worries.

In addition, this year we will raise the minimum standard for basic pension for urban and rural residents, appropriately increase the basic pension for retirees, accelerate the development of the third pillar of pension insurance, and steadily improve the level of public services and social security in the future.
