In order to further promote family doctor contract services, improve the accuracy, convenience and effectiveness of contracted services, improve the service awareness of contracted residents, promote the improvement of health literacy for the whole people, and promote the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy, the China Community Health Association decided to launch the theme solicitation activity of "Community Health Culture Year - Thoughts on Signing, Residents' Health Literacy Improvement Action" from April to September 2025. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

Community health service agencies, street offices, community residents' committees, all urban and rural community health workers, community residents, and people from all walks of life can participate.
III. Scope of solicitation
(1) Pictures and texts related to family doctor signing a contract. For example, improve the accessibility and convenience of contracted services, establish and improve a long-term mechanism for participating in contracted services for doctors, regularly push health information, implement appointment referral services, promote functional community contracting, provide convenient drug use services, optimize health management services, support personalized contracted services, encourage contracted residents to self-health management, and strengthen family doctor contracted services publicity, etc. Content that is conducive to improving the health sense of gain of contracted residents.
(II) Pictures or video works related to weight health management. Such as scientific diet management, exercise metabolism improvement, lifestyle adjustment, medical and professional support, personalized program design and other knowledge popularization.
(III) Pictures and texts related to mental health. Such as improving mental health awareness, using scientific methods to relieve stress, preventing the occurrence of psychological behavior problems and mental disorders, seeking professional help, caring for and understanding patients with mental disorders, etc.
(4) Pictures and texts related to the health education of children and adolescents. Such as the theme health education programs such as birth defect prevention and control, breastfeeding and scientific parenting, obesity prevention, tooth decay prevention, spinal health, and screening intervention for children with autism.
(5) Pictures or video works related to the prevention and treatment of common chronic diseases. Such as knowledge on prevention and treatment of common chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, chronic respiratory diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine and metabolic diseases.
Each work is limited to one of the above topics.
- Work requirements
The works should have a clear theme and strong expressiveness, reflecting the service purpose of people's health-centered. The work format is as follows:
(I) Pictures and texts. The content focuses on healthy topics that concern the people, with prominent points, clear pictures, scientific and accurate content, easy to understand and accept by the public, has strong communication value, and should be original. The number of words does not exceed 1500 words, and the pictures and texts must be combined.
(II) Video category. The work has excellent picture quality, reasonable composition, proper subtitles and music, and can be used for subsequent dissemination. It is a 1080P high-definition image in MP4, AVI and other formats, with a duration of no more than 5 minutes. The video file must be accompanied by the title, text of the video content and production team information.
- Work arrangements
(I) Work submission: The deadline is before August 31, 2025. All community health service agencies should carry out extensive publicity and mobilization, and may invite other departments, institutions or community residents to participate in the creative activities, and collect excellent works on the basis of extensive listening to opinions, and recommend works in accordance with the unified reporting requirements of the activities.
(II) Work review: September 1st to September 30th. The event organizing committee organized expert representatives to review the submitted works.
(III) Work display: Selected works are displayed on the WeChat public account and video account of the China Community Health Association, and displayed at the 19th China Community Health Service Development Forum.
(4) Promotion and promotion: Excellent works will be promoted and promoted on Xinhuanet.
- Submission method
(1) Scan the QR code below to open the report form, and submit the corresponding information of the work and the report statement according to the requirements for filling in the form.
(2) After the information is submitted, add the platform administrator WeChat as prompted to check the submitted information.
(III) Submit information once per work.
- Other matters
(1) The works are mainly popularized by health science, and should not include commercial promotional content such as drugs and platforms. The works are in line with the Party’s line, principles and policies, in line with the Party’s propaganda work guidelines, in line with national laws and regulations, and are encouraged to be presented in forms that are popular among the masses, such as local characteristics and local dialects.
(2) The work reporting agencies must strengthen the review of their own content, standardize the use of maps, medical institution logos, etc., and shall not abuse the Red Cross logos, nor shall they contain pornographic, vulgar, violent, bloody, personal privacy, etc.
(III) The creation time of the work should be after April 2023.
(4) The entries are required to be original and shall not infringe any rights including copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, etc. of third parties. If the content of the work violates the current laws and regulations of our country or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, the unit and author who submits the work shall bear legal liability.
(5) There is no charge for this solicitation activity, and all submitted works will not be refunded. The event organizer has the final right to interpret this solicitation event. The submitted works are deemed to have obtained the consent of the submitting and production unit or individual. The event organizer enjoys the right to use the works and has the right to use the works for publicity and display of the cooperative platform, and does not pay relevant fees to the contributors.
