The High Expo is sponsored by the Chinese Society of Higher Education and hosted by Jilin University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Dalian University of Technology, Northeastern University, and Sinopharm Lizhan Exhibition Co., Ltd. The theme is "Integration, Innovation, Leading: Serving the Construction of a Strong Higher Education Country".
