Strengthening enterprise intelligent upgrades lead the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology

 The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the "Reference Guidelines for Typical Scenarios of Intelligent Manufacturing (2025 Edition)", which based on the exploration and practice of manufacturing enterprises and combined with the development trend of technological innovation and integrated application, 40 typical scenarios have been condensed from eight key links including factory construction, product research and development, production management, and production operations.

  Typical scenarios of intelligent manufacturing are the basis for the construction of smart factories and the basic business unit for promoting intelligent manufacturing. Since the 14th Five-Year Plan, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, together with relevant departments, has continuously deepened the exploration of the path of promoting the development of intelligent manufacturing on a scenario-based basis, and has continuously issued the "Reference Guidelines for Typical Scenarios of Intelligent Manufacturing" (hereinafter referred to as the "Reference Guidelines"), summarizing and forming typical scenarios that are high-value, standardized and popularizable.

  According to reports, compared with the 2024 edition, the new version of the "Reference Guide" optimizes the layout of key links, adds typical scenarios such as digital infrastructure construction, manufacturing engineering optimization, and intelligent business decision-making, highlighting the integrated application of new artificial intelligence technologies in typical scenarios, and strengthening the leadership of enterprise intelligent upgrades.

  In the next step, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will work with relevant departments to implement the intelligent manufacturing project in depth based on the "Reference Guidelines", coordinate the promotion of key tasks such as gradient cultivation of smart factories, solution innovation research, and standard system construction optimization, and strive to create an "upgraded version" of intelligent manufacturing, and promote the expansion of intelligent manufacturing to a larger scope, deeper penetration, and higher level leap.
